CLIK is extremely versatile for residential housing in different scales. Being pre-fabricated and a click-together building system, building costs and times are dramatically reduced. The building systems do not need skilled labor and foundations are based on ground anchors. No major earthworks for foundations are required.

Buildings can be extended during their life cycles, which allows for the provision of more housing when the need arises. This can be done with low effort, simply extending buildings by more prefabricated components.

OctoCubit
A spaceframe building system, that organically grows.
Buildings can be extended during their life cycles, which allows for the provision of more housing when the need arises. This can be done with low effort, simply extending buildings by more prefabricated components.
Organic Growth
OctoCubit can organically grow on a horizontal and vertical level. For the horizontal growth it makes use of our Dia-Matrix support structure. One of the models we introduced is a ten-story module, that can have varying proportions of open spaces and indoor spaces.
K1
K1 is a prototype skyscraper designed with OctoCubit. Our goal was to push the system to its limits. With a height of 1000 m its structural integrity is provided. Testing in a wind tunnel has given insight into the wind flow around the strucutres. It opened the oppurtunity to use spaces between our ten-story modules for the generation of wind craft.
